HBVPN separates routes by region and route type, so users can start with a nearby entry point and switch the exit according to the destination website. If a commonly used route becomes unstable, switch to another route in the same region without changing the account or buying a different plan.
This approach avoids forcing every access scenario through one channel and is better suited to tasks that require connection continuity, including web research, remote collaboration, video calls and sustained downloads. Route status and available regions are based on what appears in the user panel.
LOG / PRIVACY POLICY
Only the information required to operate the service
HBVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the webpages users visit. Accounts are created with a username and password, with no email address required. This reduces unnecessary identity information and keeps account setup, plan management and subscription access within the same user panel.
The connection service still processes data necessary to maintain subscription status, traffic allowances and route scheduling. Users should protect their username, password and subscription details, and avoid exposing account information on public pages, shared documents or untrusted devices. The Privacy Policy defines the specific processing boundaries.

The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with unlimited devices. Desktop computers, mobile devices and everyday work devices can use the same active subscription under one account, eliminating the need for separate plans by platform. Client downloads and import instructions are provided in the user panel for the current device.
No fixed device limit does not mean every route should handle the same tasks at once. Sustained downloads, high-definition playback and everyday browsing can be assigned to routes by region and purpose to reduce competition on a single connection. Subscription details should be managed only by the account holder.

Keep regions consistent when using AI Tools
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other online tools may adjust access results based on exit region, session state and network changes. Choose a region compatible with the target service and keep the same exit during a work session where possible, since frequent region changes can trigger re-verification or interrupt the connection.

Playback stability is also affected by the local network, device performance, the platform itself and content quality. If buffering occurs, reduce simultaneous download tasks first, then switch to a route in the same region and reopen the app. Node support changes with platform policies, so actual connection results take priority.

For the first connection, start with nearby regions such as Hong Kong, Tokyo or Singapore to confirm that the local network and client configuration work properly. Then switch the exit based on the target website—for example, choose a Los Angeles route for North American content. If a region offers multiple route types, try a dedicated route first and keep a relay route as backup.
A Streaming label in the route list means the route is provided for the relevant access scenario; it is not a fixed promise of continued availability on any third-party platform. Platforms may change their region-detection policies, and actual results depend on account region, local network and connection time.
