Service Scope and Applicability

HBVPN provides network connectivity across 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is designed to improve connection quality for cross-border access, international websites, and supported network resources. Available routes may change with network maintenance, resource allocation, and the status of target services.

The service provides network connectivity and does not control third-party websites, applications, or content accessed by users. The availability regions, account rules, content licenses, and access policies of third-party services are determined by their respective operators. HBVPN does not guarantee continued access to any third-party service.

Accounts, Subscriptions, and Traffic Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their account, password, and subscription credentials and are responsible for activity under the account. Accounts, subscription credentials, and service benefits may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with anyone other than the account holder.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but those devices must be managed by the account holder. Monthly subscriptions are: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days.

Traffic bundles remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Users should verify the selected plan, traffic allowance, and order details before payment.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that their network activities meet local requirements. Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringe the legitimate rights of others, or conduct malicious attacks, unauthorized system access, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or other activities that may compromise network or device security.

Users may not affect other users or infrastructure through automated abuse, abnormal concurrency, or persistent interference with route operations. When unusual use is detected, HBVPN may take necessary measures, including route restrictions, session interruptions, or account reviews, to protect service resources and overall connection order.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

International routes may be affected by carrier scheduling, regional network conditions, device configuration, third-party platform policies, and maintenance arrangements. HBVPN will adjust routes and handle faults according to actual conditions, but does not promise uninterrupted service, consistent performance in every region, or permanent availability of any third-party platform.

When interruptions, access issues, or data loss result from a user's device, system settings, local network, changes to third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control, HBVPN is not liable for resulting indirect losses to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users should keep important data backed up and confirm the current connection status before critical operations.

Account Suspension and Termination

If an account involves resale, public disclosure of subscription credentials, unlawful use, attacks on service facilities, interference with route operations, or another serious breach of these terms, HBVPN may suspend the relevant connection, restrict certain features, or terminate the account. To verify unusual use, the service may ask users to confirm account and order records through the user panel.

After stopping use of the service, users remain responsible for account activity and amounts owed before discontinuation. Account termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should remain effective, including those concerning lawful use, liability limits, and dispute handling.

Refunds and Policy Changes

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with account and order information that can be verified. Once the request is confirmed, it will be processed according to the relevant order and payment records. Duplicate payments or unusual order statuses should also be submitted through the same channel for review.

HBVPN may update these terms due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” information will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained through a page notice or user panel notification. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
